Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
  • In case of high demand, processing may take an additional 2–3 days.

📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after the order is dispatched.


🛃 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SmarTrickify is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges applied by your local authorities.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


📬 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@smartrickify.com.
We will do our best to help you track it or offer a resolution if the item is lost.


⚠️ Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


⚠️ After Delivery

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided by the customer, SmarTrickify is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is secure and suitable for receiving parcels. If the courier provides photo or GPS confirmation of delivery, this will be considered valid proof of delivery.

If you believe your parcel has been lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the courier directly to open a claim. We will, however, do our best to assist you in communicating with them.
