📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We accept returns only if your item is:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective or not working properly

  • The wrong item was received

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If your request is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send any items back without authorization, as they will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or color preferences

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale items or gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.


🌍 International Orders (EU/UK Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that some of our products are shipped directly from external supplier partners, which may affect the return eligibility in certain cases.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item (if a return is required), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us.
